Become a Rose Garden Volunteer

Volunteer at Schenectady Rose GardenDo you like being outdoors, gardening or meeting community minded people like yourself?  We know you would enjoy volunteering in the rose garden.

As a volunteer, you can contribute in many ways to keep the garden thriving.  You can help with planting, mulching, dead heading (removing spent blooms from the roses) and other tasks as needed.  If you’re not familiar with roses, we will teach you the methods of rose culture.  Volunteering is greatly appreciated, so come to all or as many work sessions as your time allows.

Contact Volunteer Coordinator 518.355.5798.
